Hi, I’m Cat! I am a sport and exercise enthusiast, and a big fan of movement. I have no doubt that moving our bodies brings health and happiness to our lives, and that movement is medicine.
I have been a physiotherapist for almost 20 years, have played a lot of sport, completed an abundance of study, coached CrossFit and Olympic lifting for many years, and have enjoyed teaching pilates for even longer.
I am excited to teach you to MOVE with strength and confidence. I promise to deliver positive energy and enthusiasm to help you on your journey!
I love to run, especially in the hills with my husband Stu. We love to be out in the fresh air and sunshine, exploring the beautiful Kapiti Coast.
We live in Waikanae, with our gorgeous baby Annie, and two of the coolest, fluffiest dogs ever, Herbie and Luna.
